Kristen Dudas

Kristen Dudas is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer.

She has been with the Westfield Area Y since January 2012. Kristen has a BS in Exercise Science and Sports Studies from Rutgers University and also a Minor in Nutritional Sciences. Kristen has been active in sports and fitness her entire life, participating in: gymnastics, swimming, softball, and competitive cheerleading. She was a competitive cheerleader for 14 years and was a three year varsity letter winner on the Rutgers University All Girl Competition Cheerleading Team from 2008-2011.

At any given time you can find Kristen working out in the free weight room here at the Y. She has a passion for exercise and hopes to share her knowledge and love of working out with her clients. She aims to promote healthy living and believes that exercise is the best form of medicine for mental as well as physical well being. Kristen enjoys working with people of all ages.
