I have been a member of various YMCAs for over 55 years. The Y has always been instrumental in helping me stay healthy. I have overcome back injuries and various other joint problems by learning how to swim. I swim about three times a week, and do other exercises at other times. I usually work out on my way to the office at about 7:00AM during the week.
Now that I have gotten older, much older, the Y helps me keep what I have left in good condition.
Of all the Y’s that I have attended the Westfield Area Y is by far the best.
The employees are friendly and helpful, the facilities are always well maintained and updated frequently, and the members are friendly as well.
I look forward to being able to continue my daily routines at the Y well into the future.
