Marty has been involved with the Westfield Area Y since 1999 starting out as a part-time skateboarding instructor, gradually taking on more roles overseeing Day Camp, the Teen department, Mountainside before and after care and Club-Mid (middle school aftercare).  Marty has also chaired the NJ YMCA Teen Program network supporting Y directors of teen-related programming across the state. He holds a B.S. in Natural Resource Management from Cook College.

He is an avid outdoorsman who loves to bike, hike, camp and fish. Marty also enjoys skateboarding, snowboarding, photography, and “shade tree” automotive repair. His favorite past-time though is spending quality time with his wife Adriane and daughters Molly and Ruby.
