Lauren Frazier

Associate Director of Member Services

Lauren became a part of the Westfield Area YMCA in 2019 as a ballet, tap, and modern teacher for the Dance Academy. In October 2020, she was hired as a Team Leader for the Welcome Center and was promoted within a few months to Assistant Director of Member Services. She was promoted to her current position in August 2021.

Lauren is very excited in her new role. She loves that the Westfield Area YMCA community is so close and connected. She cannot wait to bring more fresh and new ideas to the membership department.

Lauren holds a Bachelor Degree in Communications with minors in music and theatre from Fordham University.  When she isn’t at the Westfield Area YMCA, Lauren is taking voice lessons and dance classes in Manhattan, auditioning for new shows, and hanging out with her family and friends.
