Discount for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey Members

YMCA members with a valid Horizon ID card can receive a waived Joiner's Fee and 15% discount on monthly Y membership!

This promotion is valid through December 31, 2024. Discount will go into effect beginning the date of Horizon membership verification. This offer cannot be combined with any other YMCA discounts.

To redeem, present your Horizon ID card at the front desk of the Main Y Facility Welcome Center. 

Buddy Up!

Refer a friend to join the Y!

New member must mention the referring member at the time of joining. This offer is for full-facility membership categories ages 18+. The free month will be for the member’s current membership category and applied in 90 days as long as both memberships remain active.  One free month per new membership unit. There is no limit to this offer.

Military Members & Veterans

The Y will waive the joiners fee for active military, reserve military and veterans who become new Y members at any time of the year. Please bring proof of service, such as a DD214 form.

Horizon bFit

This offers reimbursement of $20 per month to enrolled adult members who visit our fitness facility at least 12 days a month. The reimbursement is sent directly by Advanta and is funded by Horizon BCBSNJ.  Check here for eligibility.
