Full & Half-Day Preschool (2.5-5 years)

We offer both full-day preschool and extended care options to suit your family’s needs. Our facilities include spacious indoor gyms and outdoor playgrounds, providing plenty of room for active play.

Our days include hands-on learning and exploration through art, dramatic play, building, nature, and quiet areas. Children participate in small group, theme-based activities and enjoy a balanced mix of active and quiet times, with minimal transitions. Music and movement are incorporated both indoors and outdoors to support gross and fine motor development.

All programs follow the Creative Curriculum, a nationally recognized framework rooted in educational philosophy and practice. This curriculum focuses on six core learning areas, emphasizing individual interests, the learning environment, and each child’s unique developmental journey.

Extended care options are available to suit your family's needs.

Full-Day Kindergarten

Kindergarten follows an age appropriate curriculum that prepares children for first grade. It includes Language Arts program, Engaging Readers Through Children’s Literature, Fundations, Everyday Math and Handwriting without Tears.

The students also have Gym class, Stretch Class and walk to the library once a week. We have developed a community service curriculum that aligns with the YMCA core values. We teach the students about the importance of helping themselves, each other and our community. We have 4 larger service projects throughout the year along with many opportunities to make cards for nursing homes, children’s hospitals, veterans. Examples are, sandwich making & creating Halloween treat bags for children in the hospital. Through these programs we highlight kindness and respect.
