Elise Kastner

Assistant Director of Information Technology

Elise joined the Westfield Area YMCA in January 2024 as Assistant Director of Information Technology. She had worked at the Madison Area YMCA in the Aquatics, Sports, and Childcare/Camp Departments.  

Elise holds an A.S. in Information Systems and a B.S. in Information Technology with a specialization in Multimedia from New Jersey Institute of Technology. She has a strong history in computer support and repair in various sectors.  

In her spare time, Elise likes to stay active as part of the Morris Rugby Corporation Women’s rugby club and serves on the Executive Board as Match Secretary. She also enjoys experiencing the outdoors through different activities across the seasons and is deeply passionate about music.
