Rob Faggiano

Senior Aquatics Director

Rob joined the Westfield Area Y in 1999. He manages and trains the lifeguard and swim instructor staff while continuing to serve in those roles himself. He holds several national certifications including YMCA Lifeguard Instructor, YMCA Swim Instructor Trainer, ASHI Instructor Trainer, and Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor. While Rob enjoys teaching swimmers of all ages and ability levels, he truly loves and excels at working with beginners and those who need extra attention/assistance. Rob has a B.S. in Human Services from Springfield College. He resides in Middlesex with his wife, daughter and two fluffy children (Oreo and Biscotti).
