Scott Weber

Scott graduated from Montclair State University with a degree in Education, where he was also a competitive swimmer. Before joining the YMCA in 2012, he worked as a lifeguard, swim instructor, K-12 art teacher, and town pool manager. Inspiring youth, building community, and developing others have always been his passions. With 13 years of leadership experience in the YMCA movement, Scott has managed multiple locations across northern and central New Jersey, overseeing programs in aquatics, wellness, youth development, childcare, and membership.

Scott loves working for the YMCA because it allows him to help others recognize their worth and achieve their potential. He strives to create an environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging and receives the support they need to thrive. A lifelong learner, he values fostering relationships that empower the next generation of compassionate leaders. Family and close friends are very important to him, and he prioritizes staying healthy through exercise and physical activity.
