Ryan Carlucci

Assistant Director of Competitive Aquatics

Ryan joined the Westfield Area YMCA in 2020 as a part-time Assistant Coach for the Devilfish and joined the management team in November 2021 in his current role.

He is a member of the American Swimming Coaches Association and a certified YMCA and USA swim coach. Ryan has been a competitive swim coach for over 10 years training athletes of all ages including Zone and National Qualifiers with some of the athletes ranking in the top 10 in New Jersey.

Ryan was a competitive swimmer on a YMCA team for over 10 years.  The dedication, training, camaraderie and the environment of competition motivated him to become a coach and continue to inspire him to bring out the best in his athletes.

Ryan is completing a B.S. in Accounting at Rutgers University.
