Kimberly Koza-Baird

Senior Director of Aquatics and Cranford YMCA

Kim joined the Westfield Area Y in 2021 with professional experience in the aquatics field since 2009. She manages the lifeguard and swim instructor staff while continuing to serve in those roles herself. While Kim enjoys teaching swimmers of all ages and ability levels, she truly loves and excels at working with intermediate swimmers and those who need extra attention or assistance.

Kim has a B.S. in Accounting from Kean University. She resides in Colonia with her husband and son and furry baby “Tex.”
