Kendra Randolph

Assistant Director of Member Services

Kendra joined the Westfield Area YMCA in July 2021 as a team leader/ambassador and was subsequently promoted to Assistant Director of Member Services in November 2021. She has numerous years of customer service experience and consistently works to improve consumer satisfaction through resolution of conflicts and concerns. Kendra values her current role and enjoys establishing collaborative relationships while advocating for and supporting members’ needs.

Kendra received a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University in 2018. In her free time, Kendra enjoys watching and playing sports.
