Michelle Serafin

Associate Human Resources Director

Michelle began working at the Westfield Area YMCA in 2002 in the Member Services Department. She transitioned to the Finance Department where she worked for 7 years, and then joined the HR team in July 2015.

Prior to working at the Y, Michelle worked in the Human Resources field for 12 years.

Michelle holds an aPHR certification and a B.S. in Business Administration and Industrial Relations from Seton Hall University.  She resides in Westfield with her husband and 3 daughters.
