Erica Smith

Assistant Director of Member Services

Erica had been a longstanding member of the Westfield Area Y before joining the staff at the Member Service Desk and the Welcome Center.  In 2022, Erica also became the coordinator of the Achievers program and was promoted to Assistant Director of Member Services.  
Erica came to us after dedicating 22 years in the field of education.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Spanish from Saint Elizabeth University and has a Masters of Education from American College of Education. She brings her skills of leadership, problem solving, creativity, and organization to the Membership department.  Working at the Y is a dream for Erica and she is excited about making an impact on the Y community!
