Arthritis Exercise (Age 16+)
Helps reduce pain, stiffness and fatigue associated with arthritis. Class can be done seated or standing.

Enjoy a 45-minute walk on the track for fresh air and good conversation. Challenge yourself each week to walk a little farther.

Fitness Center
This renovated fitness center includes over 50 pieces of cutting-edge cardio/strength equipment, free weights and a designated stretching area for a comprehensive wellness experience. Fitness center is for members ages 15 years or older.
