Kirsten joined the Membership Department of the Westfield Area Y part-time in September 2021, then transitioned to the new full-time role of Program Registrar in January 2025.  She holds a BS in Elementary Education and History from The College of New Jersey as well as NJ Teaching Certifications in Elementary Education and Secondary Education Social Studies. Prior to her full-time position at the YMCA, Kirsten worked as an elementary school teacher. With the launch of our new Amilia system, Kirsten was promoted to the role of Program Registrar in January 2025 to continue assisting in the development of the system for members. 

Outside of working hours, Kirsten enjoys solving puzzles, listening to music and reading. She also enjoys quality time with friends, family and her dog, Daxter.
